This Privacy Policy explains how Titan Development Studio, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Titan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit or interact with our website at titandevstudio.com (the “Site”). This Site is a marketing and portfolio site for our software design, development, and consulting services.

This Policy applies only to this Site. Our product Cupp’d (cuppdapp.com and the Cupp’d app and Business Portal) is governed by its own separate privacy policy.

By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

When you submit a project inquiry through our contact form, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Company name
• The type of service you’re interested in (Software Development, UX/UI Design, Strategic Consulting, AI Integration, Other)
• Your approximate budget range
• Your message describing your project
• Whether you’ve opted in to receive updates from us, via a separate checkbox on the form (unchecked by default — submitting an inquiry alone does not opt you in)

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and browser information, IP address and general (city/region-level) location derived from it, pages viewed and referring/exit URLs, and information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 2). Analytics tools that set cookies only run after you grant analytics consent (or if you later enable them via Privacy choices).

2. Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies in these categories:

• Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function (for example, remembering your theme preference). These do not require consent.
• Analytics — to understand how visitors use the Site. We use Google Analytics (GA4). Analytics cookies load only if you accept them in our cookie banner or Privacy choices panel.
• Advertising / retargeting — we do not currently load advertising or retargeting cookies. If and when we introduce them, we will list the vendors here, require your consent before loading them, and update this Policy.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, including sharing via advertising cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can manage optional cookies at any time through Your Privacy Choices (also linked in the site footer) and through your browser settings. We also recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where technically feasible: when GPC is present and you have not previously saved a cookie preference, we treat analytics and marketing cookies as rejected.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your project inquiry and evaluate whether we’re a fit for your project
• Send you updates and promotional communications about Titan, only if you checked the opt-in box — you can unsubscribe at any time, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
• Analyze Site usage and measure our marketing effectiveness (when analytics consent is granted)
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, or technical issues
• Comply with our legal obligations

Submitting an inquiry alone does not opt you in to promotional emails — only checking the separate opt-in box does.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with:

• Service providers who perform services on our behalf, including hosting, analytics (when consented), and any email/CRM tools we use to manage inquiries.
• Advertising partners, only if and when we use advertising/retargeting cookies as described in Section 2 — this may be considered “sharing” under certain US state privacy laws even though no money changes hands. We do not currently share information with advertising partners for this purpose.
• Business transfers, if Titan is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Legal requirements, where required to comply with the law or protect our rights or the rights of others.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar laws in other states, including the right to know, access, delete, or correct your personal information, opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@titandevstudio.com. We’ll verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days, with possible extension).

We retain inquiry information for as long as necessary to evaluate and respond to it, maintain any resulting business relationship, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

7. Children’s Privacy

This Site is a B2B site directed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party services and sites we don’t control, including our own product Cupp’d (cuppdapp.com) and our social media profiles. Your use of those is governed by their own privacy policies.
